Yet another little wee man I photographed one year ago…when he was teeny…and tiny… Now he is all grown up and eating cake (and apparently candles too!).

this cute little bub gave me a great big hug the minute I walked in the door! I think he knew we were going to eat cake and splash in the bathtub… because THAT is the kind of fun Anya likes to have at one year old baby sessions.

Needless to say it is a very long, drawn out, probably exceedingly boring story about the journey life takes us when we least expect it. However, the million dollar question seems to be…… “Are you still taking clients”? And the answer is YES! I am still taking clients. And I am going to show off some of the gorgeous clients I have taken on…. starting with one of my fave little men, Nadav. I had the pleasure of photographing him at 6 months of age and was blessed once again when he turned one…..

and he is so expressive I could just eat him up with marmalade and toast!!! (well and maybe a little peanut butter)…

Hello dear blog readers! I am writing to let everyone know that I have decided to take a bit of time off. I did not realize how significantly I would be affected by our move up north. Having kids at home all the time through the summer, reorganizing a new house, hubby having a new job, getting the kids settled in their various new schools, etc….. has required me to be so busy with my home life that I am unable to find the time for a professional life.

I will be compiling a waiting list for clients who would like sessions after October, 2009. Current clients of mine who have already discussed sessions with me do not need to worry I will still be photographing your family/wee ones as promised.

Alas I have no image to post as all of my images are on my Mac which is currently being utilized as a kiddy daycare.

Yup, you read that right. I am moving. Well, actually, I already moved. To the east side…..of Wausau, Wisconsin. To a deluxe castle-home in the north-woods. Filled with deer, wild turkey, bears, woodpeckers, hummingbirds, and various ground squirrel and mouse that our cat-hunter decides to bring home as a “present”. So what does that mean for my lovely Madison clients???? It means that once a month I schedule Madison sessions!!!! Or at a discounted price you can come up to me and have your photographs taken in my beautiful prairie and woods OR in my lovely natural light home studio. Just contact me for details.

In other news, have you been trying to get ahold of me via phone???? If so, please email me as my phone service since I have moved has “sucked” for lack of a better term. In fact, Verizon is even willing to let me out of my contract it sucks so bad. I haven’t been able to pick up messages well, make phone calls, etc…. So while I search for another service (yes, AT&T and the rockin I-phone 3G are in my sights!!!!), please contact me via the contact page on my website or by emailing anya@anyawait.com and I will get right back to you

To top all this contacting me stuff off, my address doesn’t exist on the postal service map OR mapquest. So UPS and FED EX have had a crazy time attempting to deliver my orders. I have chased boxes all over the country and back and am now FINALLY receiving stuff so that I can complete orders and mail them off. Double, triple and quadruple UGH!!!! I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

And because I cannot post without an image……as well as the fact that I literally have not gotten my camera out since we moved…..here is an lovely image copyright my 5 year old daughter Annika. She took this and “processed” it with photobooth on the Mac. And I am in LOVE with it.

Meet itty bitty Kaitlyn who was also born early! Her mommy graduates from medical school on Friday. Congratulations!!!! What a fantabulous year (my spell checker says fantabulous is not a word….I respectfully disagree). Needless to say, Kaitlyn had bunnies hopping around her house….yes, actual LIVE bunnies. My kids are uber jealous of me today. So, of course, I had to put her in the little bunny foo foo hat.

Wittle tiny man from Friday. He is an early bird as he wasn’t due to hatch for 4 more weeks!

I am bone tired from a weekend of trying to heal our wounded doggie. She had surgery two weeks ago, developed a very bad complication, was on the verge of us having to put her down on Friday evening , but now seems to be a bit on the mend. Fingers crossed!!! I will try to post photos of her and the kids very soon. First the cute baby….I get to spend tomorrow with another wittle early bird too…YAY!

This one cracked me up! This is why I LOVE spending time with the wee ones….they all have their own little personalities….each one different, each one beautiful…..

A few more of baby ella and her awesome family. I have been dying to do an image of a daddy with a tattoo and his baby. This daddy has a rockin’ tattoo and loves his little baby girl to pieces I have to give a HUGE shout out to my AWESOME dad’s who have bravely bared their chests for me to photograph them with their wee loves. There is honestly nothing that melts any mama’s heart more than seeing her man loving their baby.
