I definitely got my workout in today. And on my “rest” day to boot! The hubby and I are two weeks into Tony Horton’s 10 minute trainer. Which is really mis-titled because in order to truly see results you need to do 30 minutes per day, 6 days a week. Which we have been working on. Fortunately I can still walk…because these work outs are kicking my rump!

Anyhow, here are the many expressions of “M”. Who kept me on my toes this morning. And yes, my house was still intact when I arrived home.
